In fact, Cozumel is one of the world’s foremost diving destinations. You might just see the elusive sea horse but certainly you’ll encounter lots colorful sea life along the Great Mayan Reef. In fact, it’s the second largest reef in the world.

Cozumel is fringed by a complex coral reef ecosystem. Part of a massive chain of reefs that stretches from the Gulf of Mexico to Honduras, it is the second largest reef system in the world.

Currents and Weather
Famous for it's drift diving, Cozumel has generally mild currents that flow from South to North at 1-2 knots.
Predominantly warm and sunny days, and an average year round water temperature of 80 degrees provide perfect conditions for all aquatic activities.
