When you are on vacation it is so nice to not have a care in the world. And that should include where and what to have for dinner. So here at the Sabor Cozumel Resort & Spa, all your cocktails and meals are included. It really could not be easier. Your bracelet and appetite are all you need. On the property there are different dine options and we encourage you to experience them all. Restaurants and lounges are located throughout the property. It is nice to know that guests staying at the Sabor Exclusive Section are welcome in the Garden Villa Section restaurants and bars as well.
Garden Villa Section
Restaurants
La Isla Restaurant:
Found in the Garden Villa Section by the main pool with a beach front terrace. This is our most popular place for breakfast, lunch and dinner in a buffet style. With it is perfect mix of casual ambience and tasty cuisine, enjoy the Mexican Cuisine.
Dress Code:
- Resort Casual: Dress shorts or jeans. Swimwear must be covered. No bare feet.
El Marinero:
This snack bar is right on the beach in the Garden Villa Section by the main pool with a beach front terrace. Nothing is too complicated here; for lunch enjoy burgers, hot dogs, nachos and more. It is also the place to grab a daytime drink and head to the beach.
Robertos:
Located in the Garden Villa Section by the main pool, this is your choice for a lovely sit-down dinner with a pleasing Italian flare. The a la carte menu includes refreshing Caesar salad, risotto with white wine and mushrooms, and a catch of the day. An apple tart or chocolate mousse, round out the meal perfectly.

Lounges & Bars
Bambu:
This swim up bar is found in the Garden Villa Section and is located in the relaxation pool. Enjoy a signature Island Mojito, margarita and more.
Bar Azul:
Azul translates to blue, and that’s just what you’ll see as you look out on the pristine Caribbean sky. A fully air conditioned lounge, it’s located off the main lobby in the Garden Villa Section. Cold beer, signature cocktails and wine are yours to enjoy.

El Marinero:
It’s found right on the beach in the Garden Villa Section with a beach front terrace. it’s also a great choice for a cocktail in our most casual, feet-in-the-sand setting.
Sabor Exclusive Club
Sabor’s exclusive culinary offerings include the Mosaique restaurant specializing in delectable oriental-international fusion cuisine, the Cacao lounge bar with its hip design, appetizing cocktails, and inviting atmosphere that makes for easy relaxation, and of course its unique daytime equivalent, Sabores, our refreshing swim up bar.
Mosaique Restaurant
This quaint restaurant is exclusively for our Sabor Exclusive guests. It offers a la carte dining for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Start supper with original oriental recipes with shrimp or beef sate, then choose an entrée such as a grouper fillet or honey crusted chicken. Be sure to save room for their signature tempura special cheesecake— it’s not to be missed.

This lounge bar is located next to the Mosaique restaurant in the Sabor Exclusive and its exclusively for those guests.

This is a sleek swim-up bar, exclusively for guests booked into Sabor Exclusive, it's a great choice for a midday Miami Vice.Room Service
